Challenge

In 2021, 15’000 children and young people take part in 348 vacation camps at 227 MS Sports locations. Since its founding in 2007, the company’s philosophy has been guided by the credo that sports unite people, whether football, horseback riding, dancing, tennis, chess, skiing, snowboarding, biking or polysports. Sponsors help to offer up to 80% discount for socially disadvantaged children. To measure customer satisfaction and increase referral rates, MS Sports needed the right software.

Solution

MS Sports relied on yawave’s digitalized recommendation management. After completing the registration for a summer camp, a dialog box opened with a request for an evaluation and recommendation. The basis was yawave’s feedback tool. The feedback from the contacts was collected and analyzed centrally in the content hub.

Share Tool

MS Sports uses the yawave Share Tool for recommendations at the end of the order process and thus increases the recommendation rate.

The promotion was launched in 2018. Currently, MS Sports measures a customer satisfaction of 98.2%. The digital recommendation rate was made visible and increased significantly over the course of the campaign.
