yawave designs, structures and orchestrates the customer experience and creates integrated communication along the entire journey with the yawave User Interaction Suite developed in-house. In this way, we help our customers such as FC Luzern, the Rhaetian Railway, IHZ or the ZSC Lions to create a holistic experience, generate more news power and activate their own environment in a targeted manner.

Senior Sales Consultant 80-100%

Your tasks:

  • You are responsible for acquiring new customers and leading sales opportunities to success

  • As part of customer-specific consulting, you will sell our methods and services for customer experience management

  • As an entrepreneurial person, you successfully acquire software and service projects related to our unique User Interaction Suite

  • You look after our regular customers, recognize opportunities and possibilities and thus secure recurring income

  • Together with our project managers, you analyze complex requirements, prepare offers and conduct price negotiations

  • You present our SaaS solution independently at the customer’s site or remotely
  • You maintain and develop our sales pipeline and contribute your experience in the implementation and further development of our sales processes
  • You identify the right channels to reach the target customers, including managing sales projects from initial contact to completion

  • You create a regular sales report incl. Forecast

Your qualification:

  • As a Sales Consultant or Account Manager, you already have several years of experience in consulting and selling software solutions and IT services

  • Ideally, you have an education in business administration / business informatics, or have an adequate career suitable for the advertised position

  • You are familiar with digitalization technologies and have the necessary drive to succeed in a growing and dynamic company

  • You act confidently and self-assuredly towards all contacts

  • Your will to make a difference, your passion and your determination are your success factors

  • You have vision, recognize new business potential and take the initiative

  • You have excellent organizational and presentation skills
