Your tasks:
- Responsibility and management of integration projects with our yawave software as well as projects in the web environment
- Elicitation and validation of functional and non-functional requirements; writing epics and user stories
- Backlog prioritization and task management
- Guiding the UI/UX designers in the creation of prototypes
- Project controlling and reporting
- Supporting sales and consulting at customer meetings and in the preparation of quotations
- Customer consulting and support for any inquiries regarding the further development of existing websites or for the further development / customization of the yawave application
- Carrying out customer training
- Assisting the team with support and troubleshooting
Your qualification:
- Relevant and adequate education, preferably in the field of (business) informatics
- At least 2 years of experience in managing web or software projects, with a technical focus
- Proven experience and knowledge of web development processes Experience in a web agency environment welcome
- Independent, reliable, team-oriented and the right level of assertiveness
- High willingness to learn and interest in expanding your know-how
- Clear, understandable communication and a confident manner in customer contact
