License calculating factors
Whether you need a larger package depends on several factors.
On your dashboard you will find the relevant information to calculate your yawave license. In case of exceedance, these numbers will be marked in red.
Contacts
The total number of contacts is calculated from
Active contacts
Unsubscribed contacts
Bounced contacts
You can manage them in the contact management in yawave or in your connected CRM. We recommend to delete bounced contacts.
Publications
The total number of publications is calculated from
Publications
Emails
Posts
Liveblogs
regardless of their status. We recommend deleting publications older than 2 years and archived publications regularly.
Team
The number of team members corresponds to the number of yawave users. The number is limited, with more than 10 team members an enterprise license is due. We recommend creating group or team users (with team addresses such as [email protected]) that teams share. This works best if the team members work in yawave at different times.
